Our M-SHEV modular control units are getting new power supplies.

The previous 'blue' switch mode transformer will be replaced by power supplies from Meanwell with immediate effect. Approval for use in control centres in accordance with DIN EN 12101-10 is currently being reviewed.

The monitoring device for the 230 V AC input used in previous power supply units is no longer required for the new power supply units. Monitoring is now performed by the MO-100 monitor module, which is now installed in every control unit together with the new power supply unit.

The new power supplies are significantly more space-saving than their predecessors. With the same housing sizes, this creates additional space for more modules.

Important: You can also obtain the combination of power supply unit and monitor module as a spare part:

• ST4 3398 Z-EV-24-SNT-MO 

The new power supply offers you the following advantages:

• Smaller dimensions for more space for additional modules
• The expansion stages of the 12/24/48 module centres remain unchanged as usual.
• Once approval has been granted, the new power supply units can also be used to repair old systems. However, each individual case must be assessed separately.
