In the event of a fire, the gate, which is about four meters wide in total, must open automatically and reliably so that enough fresh air flows into the building for smoke extraction. The gate panels, each weighing 350 kilograms, are equipped with their own overhead door closers. When triggered, the two Folding arm² door opener PA-KL²-T-80 are controlled via an Compact Control Unit SHEV 6 in combination with a latching circuit.
